Todos Weather Conditions

Observed in barrio San Vicente Light showers mixed with sprinkles began around 0200 yesterday (Tues) morning, tapering around noon as Henriette approached Los Cabos and a large pronounced wedge-shaped lee developed north of the mountains. The sun even came out in Todos around 1300. Winds were unsettled, picking up in the afternoon. Mostly sprinkles until dusk, then some showers. With the rain came very gusty, tropical storm type winds. At 2215, medium heavy wind-driven rain began, but lightened slowly. Estimated total rain in Todos (extrapolated from that ever-popular measurement standard, the wheelbarrow) 4"-5". Even so, it rarely rained hard enough to run off, and thus limited flooding. This morning broke overcast with light breezes.
