Baja California Governor Joins to Boost Tourism

The border states of Mexico have been adversely affected by the economy for tourist travel and the exajerated media reports of violence in the northern states. Tijuana, Ensenada and Rosarito Beach are usually teaming with tourists at this time of year and so far the season has been flat.
