With the increased attention on solar energy world wide a Tijuana factory is turnng out record numbers of Koycera solar panels. A shortage of raw materials is all that is limiting the growth of this maquiladora in the US/Mexico border area.

Every once in awhile I try to copy some text to send to a friend or two about what is happening in La Paz or Baja. Baja Insider won't let you. Do you hear me cussing each time? I then quit reading.
