Hi everyone, Well just thought I would give you the report according to the statewide "Sudcaliforniano" newspaper: 1.The governor of the state Narciso Agundez did a tour of the municipalities of Los Cabos and La Paz saying that although there were damages there was more benefits from Henriette do to the rain which replenished the water table. 2.Most Damage inflicted by Henriette was on households, with a total of 2,600 families with minor damage to their homes. It was mentioned however that these homes were in their most part built with poor building material or were in the way of arroyos. 3.It is also mentioned that the governor gave instructions that road work and paving continue, on "El Centenario" Boulevard in San Jose, which is the new paved road behind downtown San Jose, up against the Arroyo. 4.The visit also included La Ribera, Santiago and Miraflores in the East Cape region, it is mentioned that they are still withought power, but that they hope everything will be coming back on during Friday. Thats my report.. Hopefully this will help answer some questions!..
