I am in central California USA, but spoke by telephone to a friend of mine in San Jose del Cabo at 12:45 MT. He said it was ferocious there. Wind was well over 75 mph, rain was hitting his windows sideways very hard. He is hoping the windows hold. Living room floor of his condo was covered with water coming in under the sliding glass doors and he could not keep up with the water coming in.
