These are current conditions as per radio Constitucion (AM1440): Puerto San Carlos, Puerto Lopez Mateos, Constitucion, Insurgentes currently are isolated due to rain drainage from the eastern Baja mountain ridge, flowing along the vados (low laying areas) and the arroyos between them hills and the Pacific Ocean. Overall as of 1320MDT Wednesday 6 September 07: Governor of Baja California Sur has declared from Loreto-south to La Paz a disaster zone, due mostly to water in virtually all the arroyos with no indication as to when they may be passable. Constitucion-LaPaz closed Constitucion-Insurgentes closed Insurgentes-Las Barrancas (inland road northbound from Insurgentes closed Insurgentes-Loreto mountains road impassable (no elaboration) "All schools closed through Comondu" (our region), "Over 1000 unable to go to work from Loreto itself", due to Henriette aftermath.
