You might try contacting jorge Ayala who has an office in Los Barriles and speaks perfect english. He has helped us write much of the "building in Baja" series for the BajaInsider.com adn one of the only people I know of in that area that is trustworthy as far as construction. You may find his contact information at the end of the articles he has written or please email me directly at jag@bajainsider.coma dn I can provide it to you.
Try Doug Steere at the Bahoia Real Estate office. He is honest and builds most of the homes around the Los Barriles area. I believe he works with Jorge and with another architect named Jose Martin. Its best to get bids from the builders since they will know you are american and charge more.
