Baja California Sur declared "distaster zone" by direction Governor Baja California Sur, as reported Radio Constitucion... High probability of little/no travel Loreto-Mulege-Santa Rosalia. No travel from Loreto south to Insurgentes/Constitucion through mountainous areas due to flooding and/or water flow as per Radio Constitucion. Lopez Mateos and San Carlos had little wind impact, 15-20-25 knots northerly, compared to 40 miles inland (25-35-40). Rain in Comondu coastal areas, less than 1/8 inch over the the last 24 hours. Not much more immediately inland in -the Insurgentes-Constitucion area; extremely heavy south of Santa Rita on the road to La Paz. "Local" report via telephone pertaining to Loreto, the streets, other than those paved, are impassable due to flooding.
