We traveled through Baja about 1 1/2 years ago, and stayed on the beach at La Ribera in our motorhome for about a week. When we went back a few weeks later, gates and fences were put up around the area and you could no longer get in. The property had been sold and a hotel/marina complex was to be erected. Just out of curiosity has this happened. It was such a beautiful beach and lovely little town, we hated it to see it change.
