09AM MDT 10/31/07 Happy Halloween. It will be a typical Fall day throughout Baja. A Low (yellow arrow) moving from CA to AZ will bring persistent clouds to Baja California while Baja Sur will enjoy beautiful clear skies. Temps in Baja California will be in the mid 60's today while Baja Sur will be in the upper 80's. Winds will pick up from the NW as a series of Highs (green arrow) move SSE from Idaho and Washington. SE running ridges are expected to develop east and wexst of Baja channeling the winds down the Sea of Cortez. Winds to 15kts are forecast in the next 24-36hrs. The southern Sea is expected to build to waves of 3'. This should all subside by the weekend
